How long will it take to deliver the photos?
Normally your collection of images will be ready within 2-4 weeks of your photo session. Depending on the number of photos, it could be delivered sooner in some cases. There would be very few exceptions, in case of large projects when it could take longer than 4 weeks, and you would be told during discussion of the scope of the project if that is anticipated to be the case.
How are the photos delivered?
We would share an album link first and, which would be a preview. Once you have seen it and confirmed that it is ready to export, we will deliver full resolution photos via a private secure download link.
Do you process the photos?
Yes, we process each photo on aspects such as standard colour grading, cropping, tone, brightness, sharpness etc in our creative style. We also curate the photos to our style which delivers a consistent look and feel of the album.
Do you offer photo retouching services?
Professional retouching and image altering service can be arranged, please contact us with your requirements. If this is required a separate quotation will be sent to you for this.
How many photos will I get?
It would vary depending on the session. We will discuss it when we plan the shoot with you and we will agree on the number. Typically a 2-3 hour session has about 100 final photos.
Do you keep a backup copy if I lose my photos?
An archive of the final photos will be kept for 1 year just in case.
What happens if I lose my images after 1 year time?
We cannot guarantee that we can still provide the photos after a year. However, please do contact us if you need them and if we still have it, we will be happy to make them available to you.
Will my photos appear on your website?
We only use a very small selection of photos that are relevant on our pages and online profiles. If the images are used it is for self promotion. We never sell them to stock library’s and the like.
We may at our discretion create a blog post of your event and amplify and promote our brand or cause to our audience.
What are the image specifications?
One set of files will be delivered in hi res, which is great for your archiving and safe keeping. Some people use them as they are for printing. You will also receive a set of web resolution files ready for social sharing.
What are your photography copyright or image usage rights?
The standard event photography image rights we offer are perpetual (lifetime) usage license. We always retain ownership rights. You can use the jpg photos for promotion in any medium you choose.
Stock library, competition or reselling excluded without written permission from us. Usage license rights do not automatically apply to vendors, suppliers, or venues, we must approve it in writing first. If this is something you would like to do, contact us to discuss before the booking.
Would you be sharing the all photos clicked? Can I have the RAW files from the photoshoot?
No. We will share only the curated photos in JPEG and/ or TIFF format. The RAW files are for our use only and will not be available for anyone outside Infinite Moments.
For quoting and booking a photographer, what information do you need?
The information we need as a minimum is, When, Where, and How many hours you need a photographer. Also the type of event you are managing. We would need to know how the photo will be used. Headshots, portraits or if it’s a wedding and large complex event, a full photo brief is recommended.
What are the payment terms?
50% to confirm booking (non-refundable)
40% 7 days prior to the day of shoot
10% on final delivery
